I really love the mobility scooter now I able to move around with ease and my family loves it as well with me being able to get around and the price was great

I ordered this on a Saturday and received it the following Wednesday. It arrived nicely packaged but the box weighs almost 100 lbs. so keep that in mind. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble without the arm rests which I don't use. I had to charge it for almost 14 hours, first you get a flashing orange light which turns solid orange after a while then finally green when done. After this it says it should only take 6-8 hours to charge. I took it out for a ride this morning and I was impressed by how fast it felt and how smooth the ride was in the city streets covered with rocks and pot holes. The only thing that sucks is the loud beeping sound when you go in reverse, very annoying especially when shopping. I will look up how to disable that function later on, on YouTube. It comes with a 5 year warranty on the frame and six months I think on any electrical including motor. You can check out at Mobility Pride website but they don't have the M2 model on it for some reason. I couldn't find that information anywhere on Walmart's spec page. I purchased another 4 year warranty just in case from Walmart for $49.00. I am 5 feet 11 and weigh 247 pounds and I feel very comfortable on it. Also customer service is fast and very polite if you ever need them.
