I FINALLY received my order 24 days after order was placed. I was told 11 or so days, I understand the Covid-19 setback, but it would've been good to receive an update as to why my order was extremely late. I only got responses when I initiated the inquiry. The company say they're going to give me a discount. The day I received my order, it went on sale over 50% off! Oh well...I guess that's the risk you take.I have placed it on the wall. We just moved into a new place and there is one tall wall that my husband and I could not figure out what to put on it, until I put the word gather sign on my phone and ElephantStock came up. I ran into an issue with the delivery. I contacted the courier and filed a claim. I also contacted ElephantStock to inform them of the issue. They immediately shipped out my replacement. Very happy with their customer service. I will definitely purchase from ElephantStock again.
