I bought this with the intention of using the kneeling pad to alleviate all the bending over when tending flower beds. I still will use it that way but pleasantly surprised how sturdy the bench is. It made pruning all the dead off my roses a much easier task than usual

Great size, perfect bench
It's the perfect size most of these are wider and take up too much space when I just needed a small bench to sit on my boot mat when I am taking my shoes on and off. Great purchase for me. Just don't shift around a lot on the bench because it's not that stable, I put against the house wall and that studies it while I'm sitting.

A kneeler for older people
I had a kneeler that I purchased in the 90's. The plywood holding the pads together gave away. I really needed one to garden and looked at many new kneelers. I chose the Homepark for it's wider seat and for the flatter metal it rests on. Being older I use the kneeler more often to pull myself up. My older one and all the others I looked at had the same rounder metal frame. This I know has tilted over on me. This kneeler will not do that. I really like this kneeler.
