Didn't receive what I ordered; no customer service

I ordered this "basketball shirt" and received a blank shirt. It was supposed to be one of the gifts for my son. We had a lot of family problems going on so I didn't get a chance to return it until a few days after the return window closed. For some reason, I thought I had until mid October to return it. I am usually able to return things on time but this time I didn't get to and the annoying thing was that this was not my mistake so a discount could at least been given. I have never ordered a graphic shirt before that came with no graphics. From the overall star rating, this seller seemed ok. My mistake was not reading the reviews. I usually do but for some reason, I didn't when I ordered this. I definitely wouldn't recommend this seller. A good seller would try to make things right when they mess up. One of the reviewers is right and I agree 100%. In the future, I won't purchase anything from a 3rd party seller either.
