These were really tasty and make a great filling dinner served over cauli-rice, salad greens or veggie noodles if you're dieting ~ 420 calories. Split into two meals and served over a huge pile of raw veggies its about 250 calories for food that doesn't taste like you're dieting and tastes authentically Korean

First let me answer questions that you may have. Is it spicy? Yes, altough the heat varies from different batches. Is it feeling? You get 7-9, sorry I didn't count them, half dollar sized dumplings. I personally don't find it filling but I add a cup of microwave rice to stretch it out, 2 if I'm really hungry. Adding rice also cuts the heat down if it is too spicy for you. Is it good? Omg, yes! They are stuffed fat and are very moist and tender. They are honestly my favorite frozen meal.

Great Appetizers!!

I love most Asian appetizers. However, most of the ones I've ordered, the frozen ones, from the store are awful...meaning soggy, flavorless, and taste really old. So, I tried this brand and was very happy with it. I can say it has a heat kick, but it doesn't hang around. the texture was good as in not soggy or chewy. VERY flavorful and filled just fine. No issues with any of them falling apart. These will be go to appetizers. I've already ordered more of these.
