I have been a Garmin device user for years. I decided to get my watch one as she wanted to start tracking health stats. I ordered her 2 different ones and she picked the one she liked best, this was it. She is about 5'6", 125lbs, and it looks like a medium sized watch, not dainty, but definitely not bulky. She loves all the stats the watch provides, and the fact that it looks like a regular watch, not a smart watch. She has gotten many compliment on it already.

I was looking into fitness trackers for a while, but I did not want something that was basically a phone on my wrist. I found this option and loved that it is an analog watch face with some digital screen features. Looks like a normal watch to others but I can swipe and see steps, stress, etc. One of my favorite functions are the reminders throughout the day to move, stretch, or breathing exercises - I tend to get stuck in the zone at my desk and this has been great to get me moving more throughout the day.
