If you decide to return the item

We did not open this box because we no longer needed the headboard. I tried to return it and this is the email I received. Just wanted to let customers know what you will deal with if you try to return. However, Walmart followed through with the return, sent me a label to print out and a carrier to come pick up the headboard however, I received the email below with the news of how the return would be processed through the third-party. Just FYI.
