My husband is 5’11” and 240 pounds. He is wearing a size XL and is typically a size 36-38 waistband. These shorts are good quality. They are light weight and comfortable. I like the mix of materials on the front and sides. The waistband is roomy and reinforced. They also have an extra side pocket on the upper thigh area. These are a great option. I would buy in multiple colors.

Nice lightweight gym short

I bought these shorts for my husband who is 5’10” and 185lbs and he’s wearing a size medium. He likes the 6” length of these shorts for working out at the gym and wearing around the house.
