We really had a very limited amount of space for a loveseat and spent weeks looking on every website we could find. This one was perfect. It also provides an extra bed for special circumstances. My husband and I, both 70 yr, chose to assemble it ourselves. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to follow the directions, and how sturdy and well constructed the piece is. We purchased the light green faux leather and couldn't be happier with color, the sturdiness and comfort, as well as the contemporary style of our new loveseat. Plus, we got a really good sale price.
