I take one daily ad I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and I have some trouble getting my vitamins and minerals. Total honesty, I can't tell a difference at all from taking them, but I'm not expecting a daily multivitamin to make a noticeable difference like that. My experience with Equate has been such that I trust them as much or more as any manufacturer. So, if I'm going to take a daily multivitamin that's affects are assumed, then I have full trust in Equate providing me with a product I desire.

Contains the Iron we Need
As seniors we were purchasing the Equate vitamins based on our age. While those are great %26 a super value, we needed more iron in our diet because we were feeling sluggish. These did the trick. I'm a very small lady who has difficulty swallowing some pills. This vitamin is not a horse pill, rather easy to swallow and I suspect it may be coated so it goes down the throat easily. Highly recommend. We think they are better than the other expensive name brands.

Finally found a great multimineral multivitamin at a reasonable price by Equate. Many names brands are overpriced %26 don't contain 1/2 the variety %26 quantity of nutrients. Ridiculous that many brands are marketed to make or female Equate Complete is taken by everyone in the family. We felt a difference within a week showing we were lacking in some nutrients.
