I did not receive the item and keep getting told it was delivered. There was no picture to prove where it was delivered too. Was told by chat couldn't get refund or replacement Spoke to associate who was going to send replacement I then get an email that it was delivered and I needed to check with neighbors or around my home or with postal staff. It should have been delivered to my home. I live in rural NY so not hard to locate house and I had already checked areas where could have been put instead of my front porch I will not order from them again.
