Nice bookends

Bookends that look more like decor. They blend in seamlessly with our furniture. My wife loves it as she has a place to put her cookbooks

Got them for a child, so far they're holding up. MULTIPLE pinch points with accordion design - this is not a toy but very effective for dresser and bookshelf top additional books

Poor quality bookends

I bought this because of the appearance and what I perceived the functionality to be, but once I received it, I noticed that it is Very poorly made of cheap quality and doesn't really hold up the books… save your money and look elsewhere.
