It looks exactly like the picture. I bought it to wear in the ocean to cover my bald head while swimming, and it's perfect for that. It fits me snug and I have a head circumference of 21 and 3/8 inches without any hair. That's exactly what I wanted, because I didn't want it to come off while swimming. The flowers are glued on instead of sewn. That was not a deterrent for me, because I can sew it on myself and save my money (the sewn ones are more expensive). I love the material it's made of too... It has a good feel to it.
