Bare I deal with polymyalgia in my arms always extreme pain and cold. this keeps them warm but not overly warm. You can't feel the air through the blanket! Highly recommend!

Soft and cozy, like a favorite stuffy! This is a lightweight blanket, more for cozy curl-ups than cold nights. The different hues of blue and gray matched easily to my existing colors. The material is a faux shearling that does not hold onto lint like a Sherpa does. This is the second one that we purchased. Each had some manufacturing strings but, so far, the quality has not been affected.
