The sock and camera truly help with my anxiety on how my baby is doing at night. I enjoy being able to monitor how awake he actually is based on his heart rate levels as he is wiggling on and off in the crib. The only negative is that sometimes the signal gets lost even though you aren't far from the base, but false alarms are most likely common with any sort of tech like this.
