Key item features

  • What’s inside the kit: The kit includes all the necessary materials: crystal growing powder for 7 colors, seed rocks, stirring cups, mixing sticks, magnifying glass for close observation, and a detailed instruction booklet. Each step is clearly illustrated, making it easy for kids to follow along with minimal adult help (adult supervision is recommended when boiling water is needed for the solution).
  • The light‑up display base: Unlike standard crystal growing sets, this kit features a unique LED light base. Once the crystals are fully grown, simply place them on the illuminated stand. The gentle, color‑changing light highlights every facet of the crystals, turning the collection into a beautiful room decoration or a soft night light. This added feature encourages children to take pride in their finished experiment and display it long after the growing process is complete.
  • STEM learning made fun: This kit naturally integrates science, technology, engineering, and math concepts. Children practice measuring, recording observations, following sequential instructions, and understanding saturation and evaporation. It is an ideal classroom activity or homeschool project, promoting patience and curiosity without feeling like schoolwork.
  • Practical information：Recommended age: 8 years and up (younger children can participate with adult guidance); Crystal growing time: approximately 3–7 days, depending on ambient temperature; Safety: all materials are non‑toxic; avoid ingestion and contact with eyes. Use a clean, flat workspace away from direct sunlight; Great gift choice for young science enthusiasts, holiday presents, or birthday surprises

Crystal Growing Kit

This was a gift to a young girl and she loved watching the crystals form and how they lit up on the base. It was nice to have it all in one kit so the parents didn't have to buy anything extra.
