I wish it came with more orrrr was a higher dose so one was enough because $10 for 30 of these with the recommendation is two a day is kind of crazy.. do I like how these have been making me feel?? Yes?? My mood hasn't been great but my brain fig went away after about 2.5 weeks and my appetite hasn't been insane like craving everything and just eating what I want as I want. My brain just feels like I can actually think and also my skin is just GLOWING energy has still been up and down but I'm on my second bottle now and this is the one supplement that I've been consistent with ever!! The taste is pretty good occasionally you'll get a slightly mushroom flavored one but I love mushrooms so no big deal for me. Just wish the value was better 👍🏻
