Fabric stained my skin even after washing!?!

Swim suit suoer cute and trye to size, however after wearing first time without washing, the swimsuit stained my body and was super embarrassing. Washed in hot water to hopefully prevent it from happening again and immediatley after putting sunscreen on and entering the water, my skin began to stain black again! Would have loved the suit had it not been made with poor quality fabric.
