Oh man! NOTHING has stuck to these pans yet. Easiest to clean of ANY nonstick pan I've ever owned. The only problem I've had is that I have a had stove and the fire has discolored the handles a little bit. But I still plan to expand my cookware set with more of these pans.

Just got them all put together yesterday, cannot accurately report satisfaction yet. Sure was nervous using my first pan with lid yesterday. I think I turned it on as low as it would go and waited an hour for it to boil so I wouldn't do any kind of damage to the item. Can anyone tell me if this is as durable as the Gotham steel, able to withstand any and all metal utensils including beaters? Meaning, is the material thru and thru? Or just teflon coating sprayed on?
