I have to admit it's a little tight on the inside but the sweat factor is amazing. Doesn't take long to heat up and when it does let the sweating begin!! I love being able to use the sauna at home instead of the gym. It's great right before going to bed or first thing in the morning. I sat it up in about 20 mins and placed in front of the TV so can watch TV while in there. Only down side is the chair if you're a lil bigger because the chair sucks but you can always use your own chair other than that it's great! Hope it lasts because I can't wait to use in the winter to soothe my aching bones.
