When I ordered the rug, for some reason the website didn't process the 10% discount it initially promised. I called the company & spoke with a representative who credited my account immediately. The rug arrived quickly within 3-4 days without an extra charge, or any charge for that matter as shipping was free! I was impressed all around. The picture is true to the product, except the blue is not as dark in-person as it appears in the picture. However, it takes nothing from the rug. Great quality.
