Not electric or heated

This is not an electric blanket although it is very warm. I have been using it every day. It is a button up poncho that leaves your hands-free it is perfect for keeping your chest and shoulders warm when you have a blanket on you. I gave it one star because I ordered an electric throw and this is what came but… but As far as just a warm convenient poncho that snaps up it's a 5 Just don't expect that it's going to be electric or heated

This is a ripoff. I'm surprised that Walmart is involved in this. I filed a dispute and have heard nothing back. It is not electric. It's small. Shipping was $16 when it should have been less than $5. I consider this fraudulent advertising. I want all my money back… including shipping.
