This product was manufactured in accordance with current European safety requirements and applicable quality standards. It is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. Consumers can invoke this warranty in countries or regions where the product is sold by a Harppa authorized dealer or retailer. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with the user manual, for a period of 12 months from the date of the original retail purchase by the first end-user customer. To request repairs or spare parts under the warranty, you must present proof of purchase made within the 12 months preceding the service request. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, abusive use, negligence, fire, liquid contact, or other external causes. It also excludes damage resulting from failure to follow the user manual, use with other products, unauthorized repairs, theft, or if the product’s label or identification number has been removed or altered. Normal wear and tear includes wheels and fabric worn down by regular use, as well as the natural breakdown of colors and materials due to aging.

To avoid injury, keep your child away from the product when unfolding or folding it. This product is suitable for children from 0 to 48 months, with a maximum weight of 48 lbs (22 kg) per child. Do not let your child play with this product. Always use the restraint system. This product is not suitable for running or skating. Engage the parking device when placing or removing children from the stroller. Any load attached to the handle, backrest, or sides of the stroller can affect its stability. Do not overload the storage basket (maximum weight: 10 lbs / 4.5 kg). Do not use the product if any part is broken, torn, or missing. Check that the pram body, seat unit, or car seat attachment is securely engaged before use. If used by a newborn, adjust the backrest to the lowest position. Using a non-recommended parcel bag may make the product unstable. Do not carry additional children, goods, or accessories unless recommended by the manufacturer. If additional items are placed in the car, the stroller may become unstable. Never leave a child in the car unattended. Overloading the stroller beyond the recommended weight can lead to dangerous instability.

I love the stroller except for 3 things. It is pretty heavy, 17lbs and also when you flip the handle to face the baby the handle feels pretty flimsy . Also, when the handle is flipped forward its easy to kick the front wheels with your feel while walking. Other then that its a super cute and very comfortable stroller for a baby to sleep in as it reclines all the way flat. Also the canopy is large which protects from weather.
