I bought the tablet for my grandson for Christmas 2025. It's now May 2026. My daughter tells me the tablet froze often and had to be restarted. Now, it's not working at all. When I purchased the tablet, I missed that it only has a 30 day warranty. It's pretty much a piece of junk, which probably accounts for the abbreviated warranty. Don't waste your money on this product.

I Purchased this item for my grandbaby for Christmas it worked less than a month it says it is still under manufacturer warranty. it no longer chargers or poweres on. i have been emailing but they just keep say try different charges and that does not work. Its completely dead will not charge it does not have damage just completely stopped wprking. would not recommend
