like a mini george forman. burgers 4.25in b4 cooking. gonna try slider buns next time but was ok on some brioche buns i had. followed their first recipe and was delicious. i made oklahoma style with thin onions on bottom. You prep 1lb meat and roll into balls. i got 7 from 1lb 85% and grease wasnt bad but next time will use under range hood as there is a lotta steam that ljngers. freezing leftover balls for a quick burger whenever. nice. oh yeah the bun warmer mild heat. you can leave bun in entire time cooking. For 2 or more people tho i would use the george.
