What a wonderful maid!

The iroomba is awesome! It took me a while to map it and I am still not certain I have done it correctly, but it does a fantastic job of vacuuming, not very loud and I am amazed at how much it picks up. I have a cat so vacuum a couple times a week. It is easy to empty .My cat keeps throwing it off its set pattern as she gets in front of it. That is my only issue but not the Iroomba's fault, but my cats. I am very glad I bought it as I have back issues and it is difficult for me to vacuum.

Best for hard floors!

I didn't like the WiFi feature of it but as far as what it's intended for, it works perfectly. Keep in mind that you do not need WiFi for it to work which is what concerned me the most as I'm sure some will want to know before purchasing. The mop container just uses water from your faucet and it works extremely well mopping hard to reach areas. Overall a wonderful solution to cleaning floors if you're away for awhile. You can start it before you leave for the day and return home to clean floors!

The product is great. My problem with this was that it appeared this might have been previously purchased, returned and then sold to me. They being said, it was not dirty. It needed to be reset to the factory settings and the Quick Start Guide was missing. The QRC code required to Quick set it up was not available. I had to figure it out on my own. As it is a new model, the setup is through WiFi and Bluetooth, and not as it states online. The direction on the iRobot Roomba site were hard to find, as it was not listed as 1010 Combo, or the model number, but is called “Combo Essential”. Nothing I had referenced this! That caused a delay in the setup. This unit uses the iRobot Home app. The reset was easy, hold the power and home button for 5 seconds. It needed to update its firmware. I found it on my WiFi network. Then the app found it. I ran into an error saying the mop pad was not detected. The mop pad needs to be attached to the dust bin/mop tank while it is removed from vacuum, then inserted for the unit to acknowledge it. Whew! We are in business! This vacuum is powerful! I'm happy, and had the quick guide been returned with the unit, maybe it would have been easier. Btw I have an iPhone and I was able to set it up on that. What I read online says you cannot, but I did!
