My husband has damage in his shoulder and finally thought we found something and he loves it. One complaint is the battery. It doesn't charge quickly and if on high of course it drains the battery. Great product though we are going to adjust the heat and see

There is a pocket on the inside which can hold a small moist towel or thin moist sponge which allows your shoulder to receive moist heat. I have used the level 2 heat setting (there are 3 heat levels) with vibration on my shoulder for approximately an hour in the mornings. This has proved very useful in helping my shoulder heal from a strain that has been causing discomfort. After an hour of heat and vibration the battery still has approximately 50% life remaining. This device works for me.
