This is a great jug.

This is a great jug. I love the color. The cap seals up nicely and unscrews easily due to the large metal handle. It weighs just under 11 lb when full of water but that should be expected with a gallon of water in a well insulated jug.

Reordering for sure/ softball heat approved!

The product looks exactly like what the picture showed. I'll be ordering my again for Christmas. Better than competition that starts with S. I have both brands. The S brand I'm obsessed with the color assortments but Rtic has better quality in my opinion. My ice will literally stay for about 2 days. Even with water refills and sitting on softball field.

I love the fact that

I love the fact that my contents inside the 1-gallon jug stays cold for all day including the ice when I'm at work for 10hrs+. And I also like the fact that it has lined on the inside. I love this product oh and I also have a 20oz and a 30oz essential tumblers and they hold my contents cold on a 10hr work day. The best!
