So beautiful, I got this for my daughter room! It is cotton outside, if you are looking for super soft to touch this is not for you, mean while not stiff and rough too . I had a hard time finding 100% cotton , I convinced for this at last , just for the look and outside material. Fill is not cotton . It sit firm in bed with medium weight. I got queen size for my queen bed it touches the floor .
