Perfect for Anxious Pups who need Exercise

Patience is key. As much as you would like to get them on it immediately because it's so adorable, give it a week for exposure therapy! I bought this for my Chihuahua, and it's been a great addition. She's an anxious little chubbo, so I started by turning the treadmill off and using little Greenies cut into tiny bites to help her get comfortable with it. Before long she was hanging around it on her own. Then I turned it on while she stood nearby, and finally started her on the lowest speed. The treat training really worked. The treadmill is exactly as pictured, feels very sturdy, and runs smoothly. The only thing I'd mention is that it's pretty heavy for one person to move with the side guards installed, but that's also part of what makes it feel so solid.

This is a Christmas gift for my Grand pup. He goes walking with his dad every day except when the weather is bad. Grand pup has so much energy and his dad is downstairs working out and figure this would be nice for Toby to use. It is heavy when the FedEx man brought it up on the porch. Just hope Toby like it. I'll buy treat so they can teach him till Toby get used to it
