Instructions

Heating Instructions: For food safety, quality, and thorough heating, please follow the instructions below. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Product is not ready to eat until fully heated to an internal temperature of 165°F. *Microwave instructions developed using an 1100 watt microwave oven. Due to differences in appliances and quantity prepared, heating times may vary and require adjustment. Caution-Product will be hot! CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange product in a single layer on baking sheet and place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 20 - 21 minutes (half bag) or 22 - 23 minutes (full bag). For best results, turn halfway through heating. MICROWAVE: Arrange product in center of microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH 1 serving (6 meatballs) for 2 minutes Microwave on HIGH 2 servings (12 meatballs) for 2 minutes. STOVE TOP: Place product in a saucepan and cover product with your favorite sauce. Set to MEDIUM heat, cover, and heat for 25 – 30 minutes (full bag), stirring often.

I buy these every family gathering -- all holidays -- every year to make with my special sauerkraut/cranberry sauce and other faves. Delicious. Already cooked, I can put them in the crock pot and they slowcook with all the good flavors. Friends and family love it, me too. I always make extra for leftovers to keep it around. Great tasting, meaty, soft and delicious.

Run to the Freezer item for these Meatballs! Quick

Wow! Definately wasn't expecting the meatballs to be so delicious and well formed and ready for the new recipe I was trying out. Meatball Stew. End result was they are the star of the stew. I used about 26 oz of the 32 oz bag and just poured the 26 oz over my potatoes, celery, baby carrots and some left over mushrooms. I don't have a crockpot so used my old granite small oven roaster - added the GV onion soup mix and Great Value Au Jus mix to water gave a quick stir, covered - 300 degree oven and dinner ready in 2.5 hrs. The remaining meatballs will be used for something else like Meatball Subs or .... your choice. Great meal in a bag ready for so many recipes.
