200pcs Double Head Dental Floss Interdental Brush 2-in-1 Disposable Plastic Multicolor Dental Pick Braces Cleaner Brush Oral Care Toothpicks

Dentist wanted me to start using these to start cleaning between the teeth, as with age my gums have receded. Having only flossed over the years I am new to these little picks. Dentist said the food needs to be cleaned out to stop bacteria growth as bad breath is not the only concern. There is a color code to the size of the little brushes. Think orange was small enough to use to start.
