I am 5'3 and 110 lbs, and Medium fits perfect, including length. Glad I didn't order a Small...I do think they are cut small, so keep that in mind, especially if you don't like tight waistbands. I don't. You can roll them down, if needed. I bought 3 different colors. All nice. Wish they had Navy. All in all, they are the best I have found, and I have tried many other brands!

They're positively ultra thin, but super warm. Very soft. I wore them comfortably under my jeans with lots of holes. I didn't really think they would keep me warm while shoveling snow on a Wisconsin day at 11 degrees, I was pleasantly surprised. Super warm, without getting overheated.
