QALO Smart Ring, Fitness Ring Tracker for Sleep, Heart Rate, Movement, and Cycle Tracking, Size 7, Silver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring is an awesome alternative to the Oura ring! This ring claims it has 7 days of battery life and I generally find that to be true, but I don't have super frequent measurements so I imagine that varies person to person. I like that there aren't subscription fees and that it's more of a set it and forget it. It is water resistant but I have felt hesitant to wear it during my lap swimming (it doesn't seem to be 1000% clear how water-resistant/proof it is ), and I worry that I'll break it during my 60 min lap swims?? Otherwise it's definitely comfy. I can't say enough to size up—I read something about sizing up before buying and so I sized up one whole size, but I honestly could have done another - so keep that in mind! Otherwise, I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring is awesome. It looks nice and sleek and I like how it comes with silicone covers so you can change the color of it if you want. I gave it to my dad and it fits really well on his pinky. We played pickle ball and it actively tracked his heart rate how many calories how long we played and more. It also tracks his sleep and other things as well. This ring is really great! It's comfy on his pinky and the charge lasts well!
