This is a hard drive for desk top PC's. It will not work in a note book PC !!. Ease of installation was a breeze. I installed it in a Windows 11 HOME, 64 bit OS system with no issues. System recognized the new drive and I was able to read and write data immediately after power cycling the system. I would recommend this drive to any body that needs additional hard drive memory, Wii purchase another again soon for other PC upgrade come along. A

Good deal on a very good hard drive.

Quality drive at a good price. These drives are going up in price per other vendors who are back ordered and are showing new prices when the new shipment of drives come in between June 2026 and July 2026. The AI datacenter buildout is causing all related hardware to go up in price and the Iran war and gas price increases is making the inflation even worse. So recommend picking up hardware before more price increases come along.

I've only had these installed a few days, but they all powered up %26 formatted for my Unifi NAS just fine without errors. These seemed to be a great deal purchased directly from Walmart when i caught them on sale in May 2026, apparently right after WM began carrying these in selected stores. After my initial purchase of a few that I could find stocked, I cannot find any more in stores or warehouse. AI data center construction in 2026 is stripping supply of HDD's everywhere, and driving prices higher and higher. Walmart vendors selling through WM might have them in stock but prices in June 2026 are already twice what they were when I purchased mine. Shop carefully and knowledgeably for a reasonable deal. I trust the specs and longer term usage reviews reported by others at other sources, but my usage experience with this model at time of review is very limited.
