I regrouted my shower 4 years ago and thought I would have to regrout again due to mold and mildew. a friend recommended this. sprayed in dry shower in morning, ran errands and came back. in less than 2 hours, mold and mildew are gone. rinse off and leave fan running. strong chlorine smell, used vinegar to dissipate smell for an hour. rinsed off again and shower is like brand new and has no strong smell.

Absolutely amazing! I tried everything I could think of to get black spots off the caulk in the old shower. Bleach, vinegar, and I even tried toilet bowl gel, none of them removed the mold stains.
