Good for "no milk products" diets.

It is a creamy spread. Some antibiotics do not permit milk, my Dr said no butter either. So, I started eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and stayed with it. Butter consumption is way down now.

My favorite Peanut Butter

Santa Cruz peanut butter is my favorite. It tastes most like the peanut butter I make in the blender and doesn't have unnecessary added ingredients.
