The bike was well shipped, no broken or missing parts. It took about 2 hours to assemble. I had a problem with the front steering being off center, which caused some sketchy handling. I reached out to DYU for assistance, which turned out to be Walmart on behalf of DYU. We had several emails between us. Shelly was very helpful toward guiding me in correcting the issue. No parts needed to be replaced. It turned out to be an internal adjustment. In full disclosure, in my opinion, the bike is slightly sensitive to steering, inherently due to its compact collapsible design and my 6'1" size, although it is very manageable when riding it. Initially, the battery charged within a few hours, and the charge appears to last a good amount of time.

About this review:Walmart fulfilled this order and the fulfillment issues were not the fault of the seller.

This is a great buy !!

This is a great buy. Sturdy construction, easy to assemble. There are lots of videos on YouTube regarding assembly. But, it's pretty simple. Seat, Front tire and pedals. I have no complaints. I feel you are getting much more than what you pay for. I will probably buy another one soon for my sister. It folds and I can put it in my sedan's back seat. Great for trips around my neighborhood. I am very pleased with my purchase. You have to get one they are a lot of fun.

BEST INVESTMENT WITH BLACK FRIDAY SALE

Best and most affordable set of wheels for a handicap. Definitely worth the price. Battery last up to 15.5 mile an without pedal assist. Disk brakes to help with the immediate stopping. Assembly took about an hour thanks the stars they had video assembly tutorial and build… it’s a little slow up hills but I ain’t complaining cuz I know my weight is the reason for that.
