Thick and durable

This holds up well even when air frying. The cutter works well and the holding box is sturdy enough i don't suspect it will fall apart before the roll is finished. The paper is very non stick and flavorless/odorless. I got this one when AI suggested it was a good option to avoid pfoas. So far I'm pretty happy with it but I wish it would say on the box pfoa free.

This is good quality parchment paper. Thicker than the cheaper brands and the cutting mechanism works very well.
