Nasalfresh MD sinus flushing device is way easier to use and clean than other brands. Learning curve at first but it works great at irrigation of sinuses better than Nettie pots. It has three flow settings and rechargeable battery, two sizes of nose pillows. Only thing I didn't like was open top where distilled water goes has no lid to keep out dust etc. no big deal as I store in cabinet but a flip up lid design would be nice. I like the pull out device with the irrigation and push button to start or stop and doing this over a sink without lifting up the base like you would a navage.

I suffer from seasonal allergies, all seasons. I blow my nose at least 10 times a day until i started using the nasal fresh system. I've hardly had to blow my nose at all for at least 11 days after using the system. my wife said i dont snore as much either. i do 1 cleansing for each direction of cleansing. after 1st cleansing I empty the bottom tank, refill the top tank and do a 2nd cleanse but in the opposite direction. 1st cleanse, hold the button on the nostril handle facing you. 2nd cleanse, the button is facing away from you.
