It did way more than that - totally reshaped my arms and lifted that fat and skin up and made my upper arms more rounded, less bat wings. Compression was firm.but not stangeling tight. I wish I had time to look for it in my bedroom because it really worked well. Best thing outside or arm 🦵 ft surgery..
