This thing is the best. Has all the function you could imagine. And this version works with the Comfier app on my phone, so I am able to save a favorite program and run it easily. It's similar to clicking on the Demo button on the remote, in a way. But it's totally customizable. Include or don't include the neck. Or vibration, heat, etc. Intensity level, direction, you name it. I first tried it on a normal chair, then a desk chair. The best setup is definitely on my recliner. With the normal chair it was awkward and hard because it was coming off the edge of the seat. And without reclining back it's hard to get the right contact and pressure on your back. That was the same problem with the desk chair, since I'd have to push with my legs continually to keep the chair reclining slightly. So overall, it is a really great product and I'm super happy with it. On my recliner.

Since using, my muscles have relaxed and I have not had any muscle spasms!!!! I recommend to anyone who suffers from back pain and muscle stiffness!!!!
