This is my go to sweetener for daily use. It has the consistency of sugar and dissolve just as well. It's great for smoothies. It has been a great help for me in managing my glucose levels. For a sweetener that doesn't taste artificial, I use Splenda.

I love Splenda. When I use Splenda I only need two or three packets depending on the size of the cup or glass. When was using sugar I used anywhere from six to ten packets for the same size container. So, yes I am so glad I switched.
