GorillaGrip Cat litter mats-my best purchase ever

I couldn't wait to leave this review! I am so excited about these GORILLA GRIP Waterproof Cat Litter Mats. As I demonstrated them to my sister in law, all excited about them, she realized she had to have some also so she had me order her 2 of them (I bought 3). Mine came about 5 days ago, hers came today. Shipping took 2 days in both instances. The mats are actually envelopes. One end opens so you can spread the top and bottom of mat over waste can or litter box to empty all the trapped litter. I have yet to sweep up kitty litter from any of the 3 litter box areas. I was sweeping up tracked litter at least twice a day!!! Enough is enough! No more tracked litter and I am loving it!!! Yeah! 🥳🎉🐱🙀 Oh, by the way, the mats came folded and had a thick Gorilla Grip brand cardboard wrap around each of them plus they were wrapped in cellophane/plastic. The mats are rubber like which makes for easy cleaning. Just open the "envelope like mat, tip upside down over the litter box. Wha-lah! You're done. If for some reason urine got trapped in the honeycomb like holes, just take a wet cleaning cloth and wipe it out.

I have one mat for first cat; just brought in injured (dumped house cat) so needed to set up housing for that cat. These are the perfect size, fit the oversized cat boxes. I haven't had to sweep up litter with the mats in place. Absolutely love them.

I have four cats. If you know cats, then you know the concern would be, will they ignore the box with this under it. All four cats approve and ignore this mat! The kitten doesn't bother it either. The mat does work, but it takes a bit of trial and error to gently figure out the best way to empty this. Litter easily falls out when you begin to lift the mat. As the litter rolls to the end, static hits and litter can begin to bounce out through the holes. Overall I consider these a success as all the cats accepted the mats. I have 4 litter boxes. Just know there is a learning curve to handle it when emptying.
