Key item features

  • TRAPS LITTER: the Gorilla Grip mat traps even more litter as your cat exits the litter box, litter that is stuck to its paws will be captured within the large honeycomb holes on the top layer of the mat; the litter then falls through the holes to become trapped in the bottom, leak proof layer
  • SOFT FOR PAWS: super soft and gentle on paws so that cats won’t be discouraged from stepping on the mat; the material is flexible and bendable so you can easily tip the litter back into the box with no hassle
  • WASTE LESS LITTER: waste less litter and recycle it instead; to clean the litter that’s become collected within the mat, simply tip the mat and pour it back into the litterbox; you’ll be amazed at how much litter you save
  • WATERPROOF AND EASY TO CLEAN: leakproof bottom layer contains liquid mess; to clean, rinse with soap and water, dry completely; wash thoroughly before use
  • PERFECT SIZE, SHIPS ROLLED OR FOLDED: an ideal size for medium to large litter boxes or spaces; mats are shipped either rolled or folded to help reduce packaging waste and make it easier to open; ensure mat is flat before use; if creased, lay flat for at least 24 hours and place a weight, such as a book, to allow creases to soften; for more stubborn folds, you may flip over and roll mat in opposite direction

Litter-mania is under control with this litter pad

Litter is more contained since I purchased several of these. I've got to share that a feral cat we took in to keep warm over winter in 2024 dropped four kittens on us this past November after she had escaped sometime in the Fall and then dutifully returned to her free meals and warm cuddles behind all the furniture. Our house already had a cat. Now it's six cats (the kittens are officially neutered and 4 months old). I'm cleaning out several litter boxes and it's litter-mania here. These pads hang on to the litter and prevent what could be an out of hand situation. Just remember when you buy yours (and you should) tap the entire pad and tip the pad to the back before lifting to dispose of the litter inside to be sure it's all shaken to the bottom. The kitties feet are cleaner. The carpet is cleaner. The material is easy to wash and so far the oldest rubber pad has durability the other pads I bought earlier do not. Not only do kittens walk on them, they chew, claw and hide under them. So get one that will last.

Works great

This mat works great to keep litter from going all over the house. I put it right outside of the litterbox and every time they come out they have to step on it. Every now and then I'll pick it up and dump the extra litter in the trash (there's not really ever enough to bother dumping it back in like the product description suggests), which is really easy to do, and then I set it back down and forget it again. Definitely recommend to reduce litter around the house.

great quality budget friendly

considering the cost of these I was more concerned than I should have been they are durable they are very good quality we have cats that like to use anything and everything on the floor as a scratching post and they have yet to damage these we have an elderly cat who tends to go outside of the box when they get used like that we just simply take them outside wash them with a little soap and water and leave them out in the sun to dry bring them back in ready to go again
