Great Bench

Really impressed with this Mikolo adjustable bench. It feels very sturdy, was easy to assemble, and is a great entry-level bench for a garage gym setup. The adjustments are smooth, it feels stable while lifting, and overall the quality is better than expected for the price. Definitely recommend for anyone building out a home gym without spending a fortune.

Solid Workout Bench

This is a great bench! I did a bunch of searching online to find the right bench on a reasonable budget. I looked at various other benches on various websites, and I was between this bench (which only had 5 reviews at the time of purchase) and a bench on Amazon which cost $40 more. I love how the bench allows for decline so I can do ab workouts and also easily switches to incline and flat. When you are done using it, you can easily roll it out of the way and prop it up against a wall, so great for gyms with limited space.
