Said installation would be about 30 min. More like 3 hours! Many more screws, washers and nuts than we expected. But it looks good and 100% better than the utility sink it replaced.

Has no built-in soap dispenser...

The item is described as having a soap dispenser. The item (model?) I received had in its place a button / switch for controlling the drain. That's a nice feature, but the soap dispenser is what I was hoping for there. Not a bid deal, and not worth the pain of returning the unit. This was only apparent as I was nearly done figuring out how to put the unit together. (The instructions were expectedly unclear at those steps...)
