Verizon Prepaid Samsung Galaxy A16, 128GB, 5G, Black -Prepaid Smartphone [Locked to Verizon Prepaid]

I had the A01 and it still works but the screen is going out. I decided to get a new phone now to save hassle and saw this was the new ish model. This thing is massive!!! It doesn't fit in any of my pockets or hoodie pockets. My brother says it's normal size for phones now but adding 2" high a .5" wide is a big difference i wasn't expecting. It comes prefilled with apps so I had to delete those. The battery life is about the same as my old phone so not bad. Over all its nice

{Sorry for typos, but sometimes my migraines make my vision blurry lol) I saw that the screen was already cracked %26 touchscreen functions don't always work. Llocation light keeps flashing, even in airplane mode %26 uses up power quicker, etc. Phone drained sooner because of that %26 other factors. Battery WAS good for a little while, but then wouldn't stay charged much, so I've had to keep it on the charger til I can get this replaced via the waranty insurance. Camera barely does anything, no matter what settings are changed %26 a lot of other issues. "Sorry, to the phone, itself", but things are more than ridiculous. Photos also wont back-up on Google, dcen with extra storage space I bought. System now says that the SD card isn't installed, but I nnow it had been, not long after I got the phone %26 isn't ejected. SIM CARD thaf came with the phone was defective %26 I had to go to my carrier's corporate store to get another, so the phone would activate %26 EVEN THEN, SEVERAL, VERY GREAT TECH PEOPLE STILL HAD ISSUES ACTIVATING IT!! There are other funvtionality issues, but my previous phone wore out %26 this got me by for a little while. I haven't even had this for 5 months, yet. I've been laid up, due to some home accidents %26 other health issues, %26 can't even go mail this back, or pick up a replacement, if sent to my post office box %26 I have nobody to help me at home %26 not really with daytime errands, when the post office would be open. I was careful with the phone %26 got a great gel / silicone case with reinforced bumpers, etc.%26 a screen protector. I keep trying to call the waranty insurance customer service people, but phone drains before I can talk yo anyone. Even just turning the phone's power on for about 5 mins, dropped the battery charge from 96% to 85%
