Instructions
Instructions for Cold Therapy: Keep the product in the provided clear plastic freezer bag or use your own and place it in the freezer for at least two hours. After two hours remove the product from the freezer and test its temperature. If it is too cold to comfortably place on the area, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the product on the area. Instructions for Hot Therapy: The product should be at room temperature before heating. Remove the product from its plastic bag. Place it in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds and add in 10 second increments. After each interval, check the product to ensure it has reached the desired temperature and is not too warm to wear comfortably. If too warm, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the product on the area. All microwaves may vary. How To Use AnySLEEVE™ Step 1 - Attach velcro on a flat surface before wearing Step 2 - Take off and readjust to size if needed

Hot/cold therapy stays in place
Make sure to read the instructions. You want to make a sleeve BEFORE you put it on. This way it fits snugly and you're not struggling to make it tight. To freeze it, put it in the enclosed freezer bag in your freezer for 2 hours before use. You can also warm it from room temperature in the microwave. This is going to come in so handy for both hot and cold use. I like how it fits snug and you don't have to hold it in place.

I have not used this product yet for heat, but it works great for cold. I have an elbow that is constantly giving me problems with stiffness and soreness, and this is perfect to ice it down. My wife, as well, has an issue with one of her knees, and this is very helpful to give it a good ice. I like how the product wraps around and can be tightened or loosened to your comfort level with the Velcro that sticks well. This is a great product that I'm glad we have in our freezer for use as needed.
