Okay the futon is cute. First let me just say this was very easy to assemble. The futon comes in one long piece ( the seat). Once out of the box I thought it was missing the sides and legs but they are inside the back of the futon ( zipper) setup which consisted of attaching the legs and the sides took me 10 minutes. It comes with ONE flimsy pillow. Decorative nail heads on one of the arms is crooked, they were not lined up correctly. The couch is a bit hard when sitting or laying down and pulling down the middle console is work but that could be because it's new. Hopefully it will loosen up after a few uses. If being honest not the best quality. But I'm not sending it back, for what I m using it for it will be fine. I wouldn't recommend if you're planning on using it as your every day bed or couch.
