5 stars for the item but zero stars for the seller and Walmart “support”. I got the larger framed picture and it looks so cute on my wall in my bedroom. I love that it comes with the hardware to hang it, which works really well. However, this seller and Walmart's so-called support people are awful !!!!! I ordered this item 3 times. The first time the seller lost it and they didn't have a replace option and no way to contact the seller! When I went to go re order it they had raised the price by $30 in a week.!!!!! Walmart ‘s so-called support said if I just re-ordered when I got the item they would credit the difference. I got it in a couple days but when I called Walmart support for the refund they said they couldn't do it so they would just credit me the full amount. What?! I was shocked but okay. The problem is I never got the refund. It took me about a month of calls and promises from multiple Walmart “support” people saying I would get the refund. I finally reached somebody that confirmed what I already knew. All those people were LYING to me. He said there was no way to credit the difference and they would not refund the whole amount. JERKS! They all LIED! So, I happen to check on the item again and they had reduced it back to the original price. REALLY?! So I made my own solution, ordered a new one and returned the higher price one. This was something I never should've had to go through. I will never order anything from Walmart online again! DO BETTER WITH YOUR OUTSOURCED SUPPORT PEOPLE WALMART! As a sidenote, I checked the item again and it lowered by $10 more! What the heck? The seller is all over the place! Jerks!
